Sonja Lembke conveys the emotions of her songs using an e-piano and her dynamic voice. English lyrics deal with individual challenges, harmonious sounds create melancholy and hope. Influences like Birdy, Sia and Avril Lavigne shaped her style of writing and singing. In 2020, the singer-songwriter from Mönkeberg, Germany released her first EP “Ways” - a collection of ballads about themes connected to mental health and finding one’s way in life. “Fight Back” (2023) aims to raise awareness for sexualised violence. Her latest single "Hanna's Song" (2024) celebrates a friendship which started during a voluntary social year in Scotland and continues despite the distance between Hungary and Germany.
